Our lamps are composed of individual authentic pieces whether or not found in the trenches of the Belgian and French soil. Unless otherwise noted, the images on the website are representative of the quality and design of the original artwork. The piece you receive will be the one you see on the website. Each lamp is unique and handmade.
SHIPPING The prices on the website does not include shipping. If you are interested in one of our tiffany lamps, please contact us on [email protected]. Than we can make you a quote depending on the shipping address.
Orders shall not be final until they have been confirmed by payment of the amount by the customer. As soon as the total amount has been paid, the parcel will be transferred to the courier. We ship anywhere. Shipping prices include secure packing and tracking of your order for safe transport. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing its tracking code. If an incorrect shipping address has been submitted, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your piece. Shipping transit times will vary by destination and method.
We are taking care of all of the necessary paperwork filing for export, however, the receiver is responsible for all tax/duties/requirements for import. The vendor is not required to find out about and inform the customer of any customs fees and taxes which may apply. We advises the customer to contact the competent authorities in his/her country for further information on this matter.
The vendor shall not be held liable for the non-performance of the contract in the event of acts of God, disturbances, or partial or total strikes, in particular relating to any means of transport or carrier services.
The customer accepts by placing an order automatically the general terms and conditions of sale. This acceptance does not require the customer’s handwritten signature.The fact that the customer has not received the present general terms and conditions in his/her native language does not exempt him/her from applying them. The vendor reserves the right to change its general terms and conditions without personally informing the customer and without the customer being entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever.
RETURN POLICY We stand behind our lamps and we want our customers to be happy. When your package arrives, open carefully and keep all the materials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, carefully repack your items as they came. We will accept your returned order, only in perfect condition, within 10 days for full refund. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the parcel.
DAMAGE Any damage that occurs in shipping between our studio and the original destination, will be the responsibility of the buyer. In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, as well as associated repairs or replacement costs.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All text, comments, and ideas reproduced on our website are all rights reserved. Any reproduction in part or in full without the vendor’s consent is prohibited. Ordering does not entail the transfer or granting of intellectual property rights unless expressly stated.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP The vendor keeps full ownership of the products sold until the total amount due by the customer for that order has been received. The transfer of ownership of art pieces bought from the website by the customer to a third party falls outside the scope of this contract. Only the customer who originally bought those goods may claim to agree to the clauses of the present terms and conditions of sale.
PROTECTION OF PRIVACY The supply of personal information for online sales is compulsory because it is needed for order processing and shipping. This information is strictly confidential. The vendor undertakes not to divulge the information supplied by its customers to any third parties.
